I contacted Damelin college via the customer care email address listed and asked for additional information regarding a course. I included all the relevant details and requested specific information.
A day later, I received an email asking me to contact the Cape Town branch with my question. Surely, the head office is able to answer a question about the start time, cost involved and provide me with addition information on a course?
To make matters worse, the number given to me for the Cape Town branch was wrong.
I requested an email address of the Cape Town branch on the 2 May and this has still not materialised. Not even a courtesy response. Really pathetic.
Is this the level of service I can expect were I to enroll as a student??
