I bought a Chester leather mate bed .two pedestals, 152 TeresaTechnisleep&Picasso Linen box basically I bought five (5) items, it was 05/07/13.i explained to the sales person that they must deliver on weekend because I want to be there when they assemble the bed &she said its fine she, the linen box is not yet delivered from the head office I asked if she can bring the display one & she said it was broken.so they will deliver everything except the linen box &.On the 13/07/13 they delivery guys came with everything except the linen box they said the don't know anything about the linen box & the worst part they even told me they are not gonna assemble, its a DIY Portia (REP) didn't tell me that when I asked her she "The is nothing I can do if I am at the funeral do what ever you want to do cancel if you are not happy&she dropped the phone" how RUDE.i tried to escalate to the Manager (Joshua) I was shocked by his respond he just told me to cancel the deal"& he even told the delivery guys that he is expecting those goods to cume back to the store. Until the Guy called Tsholo spoke with one of their sales rep (Branden) to cum & assemble i ended up driving to Kolonade to fetch the guy.
