CELL C - WHAT A NIGHTMARE

I sent the below email and posted on Hello Peter 08 May 2012 and the matter is still unreasolved. I have tried resolving but get shoved from person to personal have to tell my story all over again.

I had a data bundle contract with Cell C wich expired in February 2012.I called your customer service shortly before the end of the contract to askwhat should I do to if I do not want to continue with the data contract at the end of the contract term and I was advised that the contract wouldautomatically be ended. I was told that I dont have to send any letters as it is not legal for you torenew my contract without my concent. To date I am still being charged for the contract which has now ended. Ichecked with the CPA and it is not legal to auntomatically renew contractswithout a customers consent. My account is paid up to the end of the contract period and I trust that youwill reverse changes after contract end date as the data bundle was not used. Please confirm receipt of this mail and that the contract will be terminatedeffective immediately and the last month charges will be reversed.
