I called this morning to find out if i qualify for an upgrade. Then i spoke to one of your agents to find out my amount due and what is based on, so the guy told me that i have insurance for my blackberry which I'm not using it anymore! I ask if i can cancel or transfer into a fairly new device. I was given 0831236084 to call... i spoke to Mark we swoop insurance from the old blackbrry to Samsung S3... i asked the guy about cover period and etc... My phone then was working this morning, i was on Facebook and what's up... checking my massages... so, when Mark asked for the MEI number i had to switch it off again and look for the number; by the time we were finished i put it back to a charger... last night before i went to sleep, i was playing music on it... when i called to claim i spoke to Cecilia who was not professional with this query, listening is a skill and it's part of communication. She didn't listen and jumped to conclusion. She has a bad attitude and bad influence to her mates; Can you imagine over thousands of people with the same claim as mine get turned away because of her non competent rep for MTN. Bad experience for customer service.
