Unlawful billing onto my account for services I did not agree to with MTN. Opera Telecom has been identified as the company that is deducting funds illegally from my account. Feedback from MTN "A Content Charge is a commercial SMS by a company with the intention of selling you a product or service. Once you subscribe or reply to any of these you get charged for the information you receive from them."
How did they get my Cell and Account number to deduct the fees, if not provided by MTN?
