I upgraded my contract to BB Z10 and received the package on 23 April 2013. There was an advertisement online confirming that if u upgrade before 31 May 2013 u will get car charger and pouch. I received my package and there were no accessories. I call to enquire and I was told that they don't have them in stock and it was for the first 100 ppl who upgraded. I got that phone with the expectation that those accesories will be included automatically and it was not.
I cancelled my upgrade and arranged for their phone to be collected. I'm not impressed with Vodacom at this stage. Ive been a loyal customer for years and they are not even willing to assist in a way and keep on telling me they dont have in their stock and even some other customers are complaining abt not getting their accesories.. Where is their client centricity?
