I bought a samsung tablet from vodashop east rand mall in february the first day the charger was broken I went back and a consultant told me samsung won't accept it back I had to purchace a new charger I had the tablet give or take about 3 weeks and then it just switched off It was sent for repairs witch took just over 2 weeks I got it back had it one day and it switched off again I took it in and said to the new consultant helping me I do not want the same tablet back cause it was faulty from the start it was in about 2 weeks and he reasured me they said I would be getting a new one 21 days later a lot of phone calls and very rude staff I'm getting the old tabblet back witch I find very unacceptable as I had a dud from the start and was reasured I would be gettind a diffrent one I spoke to the staff again today and. The person assisting me is very rude I was told I was reiciving a new one wich is not the case and they acctually don't want to help you I will not buy anything or take a contract with them ever again if this is the level of service we receive from them and samsung and if u get broken goods from the start and they don't take responsibility for it its unacceptable
