On Monday, 22 April 2013, our telephone and internet line went down. My husband logged this problem with Telkom that afternoon (Ref: 1603CRK220413). The next morning we were called by the technician to inform us that she will be coming around that morning to check the issue. (Thats less than a 24 hour turn around time!).
The technician solved the issue in less than an hour and I could get back to running my small business.
