Contract Expired

I took out a contract with MTN February 2011, the contract was due to expire FEbruary this year, and it MTN continued to deduct money from my account, i called and was told i have to oficially cancel the contract which i did, in March, we are now in April and they have deducted money yet again from my account. i have been calling the 173 number been on hold for more than 30 minutes daily without even speaking to an agent. i am beyond annoyed, what is MTN's TCF policy?
