Contract phone

I got the phone contract with Mtn on december it gave me a problem within that december
I handed the phone for repairs they couldn't repair the phone for me they said it was liquid damaged I faught with them because the phone was not liquid damaged, they sent it back to the repairs department it came back being broken I've been without my phone since december until now and I'm paying for the services I cannot use please help me I'm not happy at all
