No answe

I've got a 3G contract with MTN so making a call from that number isn't an option. So I tried calling from my landline and after being placed on hold for approximately 45min, the phone rings and then the phone gets put down in my ear. I've tried numerous of times, but no success. I've tried sending emails, I even logged a call on the internet, still no response.
I only want to know what my settlement amount is and the time remaining for the contract term.
