Absolute service a RIP OFF

I would just like to begin by saying MTN you losing another customer to CELL C, I used the absolute service for the first time this month the server is slow you cant go into Internet and there is always a problem according to MTN they said absolute sevice is R.59 for 200mg my expiry date was today 22/04/2013 wich I understand fully, but I had 89MB left and when 22/04/2013 hit it was at 0.00MG tell me mtn dont I pay for the full 200MB you guys are ripping off people why not leave it at BIS is this not what service providers agreed on with the blackberry companies, so I want to know whats happening to my 89MB or are you giving your staff free MB this is nonsense, but don't worry one extra customer to CELL C I think they gained alot of customers from MTN because I know quite a few people `that moved to cell c I will make sure my friends and family move too regards RIPPED OF CUSTOMER.
