I had sent my phone into the insurance department and they returned me a refurbished handset that is faulty and when I try to contact them I can't go through to the call centre. When I did contact them last week they keep sending me to a different department but nothing happens and this is happening often they never reachable. Their customer service is horrible. I am a business person and I need my phone I cannot keep chasing after mtn I don't have the time to do it. I have 2 contracts and if nothing happens they will be cancelled.
