MTN Most Incompitant supplier in SA
For the last 2 months my MTN account was returned due to a problem on my bank account. I was promptly informed by MTN Account department that I have lost my privileges on setting up a debit order and would have to pay cash in future for my use. MTN would forward me my Account and then I would have to pay with in 21 days. This morning my account is suspended after I paid my previous in arrears account. Have not received my new account yet as I have set up my e-mail at work as my mail box account. Phoned them and the clown on the other side recons that's what happens with people like me. Like me what? I knew I made a mistake to go back to MTN but had to listen to a sales pitch and now I cant get rid of this incompetent stupidity. MTN Please release me from your contracts so I can go to a competent supplier that can keep to arrangements. Anybody out there please keep clear of this company and save your blood pressure for someone elles.
