Really bad service

Since July 2013 I have been trying to get a Debit order with mtn and phoning the call centre every month because they keep on sending me an sms that my account is in arrears.
i phone again this morning because i received a sms yesterday that my account has been suspended and Prudance Ntuli tells me she can only see the one time i phoned in September cause there are no notes.

now i would like to know is it really my problem that MTN employees are incompetent and don't do their job?

so because they are incompetent my account must be suspended.

this is I wish i could cancel my contract with MTN.
