For a week now, we have had almost no data reception on our phones, when we do have reception for data, we have to hold the phone next to the window. This is on 2 MTN contract phones. The problem does not with the phones as when when we go to Vereeniging, we have normal and fast speed. I also have a contract HSPA modem which i have to extend and fix on the window for reception. There isnt even gprs reception. When we phone the call centre, they say its a phone problem and keeps on sending us the handset settings for wap which does not help (as the phones work fine elsewhere) We have always had easy, yet slow, reception, now its completely gone. This is in Riverspray Estate on the corner of Hendrik van Eck Boulevard and Ascot on vaal Roads, Vanderbijlpark. Switches the phones between gsm and dual mode does not help either.
