3 MONTHS IN A ROW TRYING TO SORT MY ACCOUNT AND HAD TO RUN MY BLOOD PRESSURE EVENTUALLY THIS MORNING. MY ACCOUNT IS IN A MESS AND WRONG. I HAVE 3 CONTRACTS... 2 ON 1 CONTRACT AND 3RD SEPARATE. FIGURES ARE WRONG... DEBIT ORDER DATES WRONG... HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO SORT AN HONEST CLIENT!!! SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE... PROMISES FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT THAT NOW ITS SORTED LAST 2 MONTHS... WHAT TO DO NOW!!! IS THEIR NOT EVEN 1 COMPETENT PERSON WHO YOU CAN TRUST WITHING YOUR COMPANY. I PAY MY BILLS EVERY MONTH TO JUST ONLY DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!! HAD ENOUGH NOW!!! PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!!!
