Grief with Altech Autopage Cellula

Owning a Blackberry Curve 9320 my Internet and BIS service stopped working. I contacted the call centre 0861 23 24 24 and my social/email plan was disabled then enabled thus sorting out the problem. A day later I discovered it was taking airtime from my phone. I contacted the call centre again and a consultant informed me that when the technical advisor disabled my plan he added me on to the new plan and thus I am having this problem. She had issued me a reference number 1953497 but no one had bothered to contact me.

Previously and ever since taking up this new contract I was always billed extra for any additional data I may have used however now they refuse to do that. No one had called or sms'd me to inform me that this now been changed.

I merely would like to have my contract the way it always has been up until the technican re-enabled my account. The staff at this Altech Autopage Cellular Call Centre are all issuing me different stories and thus giving me no joy in having my issued rectified.

If I had know then what I do now I would not have purchased and no not advise purchasing from this supplier.
