It is now three weeks after I first reported a non functioning ADSL line. To date Telkom has responded by a few phone calls to say they have reported the fault to their technical department who will attend to the problem as soon as possible - going for three weeks now.
No wonder our country is in the state it is in with government departments like Telkom. A disgrace. But full marks for there humour. They referred to me as a valuable customer".
