Have been very patient but I am still waiting for Telkom to FIX OUR EXCHANGE!!
The IMAX at Richmond, KZN is congested and I have been promised for the past year that our exchange will be upgraded; it is no surprise this has not materialised to date.
I have been calling 10210 on a daily basis to be greeted by nothing but incompetence;
I don't think I can do anymore escalations.
Could someone just get off their fat useless lazy and do their job?
please is that too much to ask?
