Honestly speaking, I personally think that MTN service is complete rubbish. I have ordered a laptop (HP Pavilion M6 - R499) via MTN direct and till today i haven't received it. I keep calling MTN direct and no one seems to able to help me. I ordered the laptop on the 3rd of April, and my application was approved... I called two weeks later to find out about the delivery and I was told the system didn't insert my order. I re-applied on the 9th, and I was promised an URGENT delivery for the 12th March, since then I have been waiting for an update, only to no avail. I have been calling the call center to find out what is happening... and no one seems to be able to help me, everyone says I must speak to the person that did my application. I don't understand how everyone expects me to contact the person when she doesn't follow up on customer deals.
I have missed out on lucrative opportunities because of this. Maybe its time i switch to another service provider because clearly MTN Does not want my business. I'm sure other service providers will welcome me with warm hands.
