I upgraded my contract and received a new phone which I returned to Cell c as the buttons on the phone was too small for me to see. Cell C confirms (ref 1304120000170463) that they have received the phone back at the repair centre. However, they need the waybill no. to cancel the contract!
In the meantime, i have been paying since JANUARY 2013!
Cell C... you can advertise low call rates but with this bad service, you will never hold on to your customers.
