Ive been to every single major store, spoken to Nokia reps but couldnt get a Yellow Lumia from a network. no problem. Nokia softcovers are available in yellow. Rest of the world has but NO store including, Nokia, in the entire country stocks a yellow softcover or can even order one! PATHETIC. Huge promotions, fancy accessories, colours and features but customers and prospective customers find everything limited. Networks dictate what colour handset they'll sell and they have limited or no stock.
What is there to make people change from Samsung of iPhone?
The features and accessories that could place Nokia ahead of the competition are not available or limited.
Ironically your marketing and supply department need to talk to each other... or need some serious training. Flashy posters, promos and adverts become nothing but empty promises.
Glossy flyers cannot gain you a market share when interested consumers are left wanting.
How much does it set you back to stock a couple of softcovers? Less than what this complaint will.
