There has been re-occurring latency issues in the Somerset West area for a multitude of confirmed residents. I have attempted to provide feedback through twitter. I have been asked to do speed-tests and other line tests, which I have submitted. No further feedback has been given there-after (whether it be no response, repeatedly asking for the exact same tests I have just submitted, or staff telling me it is a personal line problem... AFTER I HAVE JUST MENTIONED I KNOW OF AT LEAST 5 residents spread over the Helderberg area with issues).
Due to these issues not ceasing after roughly 2-3 months, it has now reached a point where the Telkom twitter staff officially ignore any posts I make. Not very professional in my opinion.
