REMOVED PRIMARY NUMBER FROM NETWORK

With reference to "Case TT: 1304120000083227" why has my primary number been removed from the network. I've been using this number for the past 6 years yet cell has removed it now after a contract cancellation without my permission. Upon cancellation I have requested for this to be reverted to prepaid. Why has this been removed?
This is a nightmare!!! WAKE UP!!!
