I requested an upgrade on my contract with Cell C, if I'm not mistaken on the
31st March 2013. Up until now, I have not received the phone. The worst thing is my SIM is offline since last week Wednesday, 10 April. Apparently, it's damaged. I was told to buy a new SIM and port the number. This doesn't make sense to me because I was supposed to be port once to the new phone comes with a new SIM. I have emailed CellC and told the last consultant I spoke to. Till today, there's been no update. Can anybody tell me what's going on with the delivery? What an inconvenience!!
