I am so appalled and disguted by 8ta, I have a contract with them and it finishes in November 2013. My service has been suspended but my account is up to date. I spoke to a call center yesterday while at their N1 City Branch and no one including the store knows what's going on. On the system it appears the bill is up to date. Oh and this is a big one, apparently they dont have a department that handles complaints. The lady at the N1 City branch told me I can only complain on HelloPeter.com. I mean really do they not at least have one person who studied marketing of business.
