Pathetic Service and Empty Promises

I'm absolutely disgusted with Cell C... AGAIN!!!
I was told that I would receive a goodwill credit of R149 on my next bill for my data contract (for them completely ignoring the threshhold/cap that I had set last year, which was exceeded and happily billed to me). I received my bill last week and suprise, NO credit is reflected!!
I called the call centre and they are totally oblivious to anything. So frustrating!! No record exists on their system relating to this credit.

In addition to that, I complained about my terrible signal and the fact that I can no longer connect to Vodacom, as I was able to do in the past. I was contacted and told that I must select Vodacom and wait a few minutes. Then it should be fine. Since Cell C's signal is so bad, I did exactly that. I selected Vodacom 3G... waited half an hour... still nothing!!! It says emergency calls only! I restarted my phone... STILL nothing. Now I'm forced to go back onto the wonderful Cell C signal...

I'm a bundle of joy and compliments right now. So sick to death of Cell C and their service!!!
I've had to resort to HelloPeter because my emails go totally ignored TOO! But once again - I'm NOT suprised!
