Indifferent service

I am a Cell C subscriber who is currently in Saudi Arabia. I need to forward my local SA number to a Skype number but have been unable to do so because the "My Account" feature on Cell C's website has not been working for weeks. I sent a message to Cell C, and after about three days I got a generic response which had NOTHING to do with my query. I am in IT myself and none of our customers would accept their system being down for weeks, and then have to deal with pathetic customer service to boot.
