So Difficult to do a upgrade!!! WHY???

Iv had a contract with 8ta for more that 24 months now.
It is now time for my upgrade, oh boy what a long story.
I need to supply them with 3 months bank statments. copys of ID's
I need to take off work to go to a 8ta shop and fill out a long form.. WHY???
i have never missed a payment ever!
other cell phone suppliers dont do this, i upgraded my wifes phone a month ago with mtn and it was all done over the phone.. 8ta needs to get with the program!
! im am very unimpressed with them!!!
