Not allowed to get new cell phones

For more than 2 years now I have 4 cell phones on account. Two got upgraded to Z10's 2 months ago, they phoned me to upgrade. The long weekend we were robbed at gunpoint, losing both the Z10's (amongst other things). At the shop I learnt we never had insurance on our phones, which I thought was included in the contract. Nobody told me to take out insurance. So I need to pay the two Z10's for the next 2 years without having them. Then I asked for two Q5's on contract. At first the system rejected my application because it asked for confirmation of my banking detail, which I supplied. Then I was rejected again after the system says there was a default payment during the last 12 months. They're right, there was, purely because my salary was paid in late (end July) and thus the debit order bounced. BUT I MADE MANUAL PAYMENTS ON IT, standing in long queue at the bank during month-end. The account is up to date, it has been since end of August, but I can't have two new phones now. Because their system shows 1 default payment during the last 12 months... This is very unfair and extremely frustrating. C'mon guys, really?
