Number porting not done

I went to the Telkom Mobile branch in Sandton city last weekend to port my number from Vodacom to 8ta - they said it would be done by no later than Wednesday this week. Puleng was meant to call me on Monday, which she didn't... i then phoned her to follow up. she then said she would call me again, which she still didn't do. i then called again on Wednesday, but there was no answer - and i have still not been contacted again. It is now Sunday and the number porting has not been done. And to top it off, as it is now 1 September, I have had to buy a new data bundle to enable my data services to continue with Vodacom, and as soon as my number porting is done (hopefully in the next week, who knows!), this data bundle is going to go to waste!!
