After a long and painful process of trying to port my number from Autopage to CellC, my new phone arrived with a new number. I phoned the call centre and they have no record of any porting request. A query has been logged I have now been told that it could take 48 hours for someone to even get back to me. After all the hassles already, I want a response in much quicker than 48 hours. I am paying for a new phone that I can't use.
