First complaint lodged 28 March 2013 (33CTK280313), received sms that ADSL was restored - IT WAS STILL FAULTY. Second complaint about same ADSL line and problem 10 April 2013 (179CTK100413) - received sms that ADSL was restored - IT WAS STILL FAULTY. THIRD complaint - same fault - 15 April 2013 (582CTK15041) - received sms on 16th April that it was restored - LINE IS STILL FAULTY. We have a 4 Meg Line. It is downloading at 0.35 Mbps for the past 3 weeks! Don't know what to do to get Telkom to fix it! Paying for a service not delivered. Had to get 3G just to keep my office running.
