What a lovely surpise of an sms advising that my acc is in arrears and my service is being suspended. after 12 years with nashua mobile and a few real bad contracts later, i get an insulting sms. A debit order has been running off my account for the full 12 years with you and i am at fault? I recently took 2 contracts with you in 2013 and to get a hefty bill, i immediately called the helpdesk to enquire. Appparently Nashua failed to collect a months subscrption from my previous contract which was short of 24 payments. (The bill higher than ever before I must add) and now my service is being suspended because of your oversight? I dont think so, guys. Get your facts right before kicking a loyal client in the teeth.
