This is the 3rd complaint about the same thing.
This morning I can't reply to a simple text e-mail from my wife, without getting the following error message:
'Message classified as SPAM or BULK, apparently from you'
Previously a certain Yunus, eventually got back to me, no explanation, no apology for the inconvenience.
I asked for an explanation, but today 2 weeks later neither Yunus nor anybody else had the decency to get back to me.
Are Vodacom to complacent / arrogant to fix this?
