Its been over a month since i'm waiting for forms from Ruth in order for me to do a sim swap but still today i haven't received anything even though Ruth promised me that she will send the forms the very same day.totally disappointed i've missed so many calls due to this as i can't do a sim swap anywhere else as i have to deal with RMCS directly... disgusted..
