Seriously, That's 2MB?

Hi there,

I'll keep this short and sweet. I recently upgraded my DSL line from a 1mb to a 2mb and I am quite simply not sure it's all it's cracked up to be. Theoretically one would assume the line would now be twice as fast, it simply isn't.

I know Telkom makes no claims on this but for a 2mb line to be averaging a download speed of 100kb/s is just laughable, heck the 1mb line could do just about that anyway.

So tell me, what exactly am I paying extra for again?
