My landline has been out of operation for a week. I logged a fault on Telkom's website reference 275CWZ090413 on early on Tuesday 9th April.By Thursday I had no feedback so called Telkom to confirm what was happening. The call centre assistant promised to flag my complaint as urgent so facilitate the processing of my complaint. Now, 1 full week later I still have no feedback from Telkom, and worse yet, they do not even answer their complaints line...
How can I be charged for a service fee for a line rental when I do not even have the service. Telkom is utterly inept!!! Why should Telkom really worry about service delivery... they have the debit order authorisation to my account so they are assured of the service fee regardless?
