SHOCKING SERVICE FROM 8TA SINCE 17 FEB 2012!!!

32th sending!!! and 63 phonecalls later and still nothing!!!

Hi

The reason for early termination is NO service at all!!! You cannot extort money, hold me hostage and not provide a service which I am paying for every month.

Surely in 2 months somebody could have attended to my query???
I don't believe 8ta are capable of resolving my queries hence no contact.

If this contract is not cancelled (without any termination charges) within the next 2 hours I am going to send all my emails to the newspapers and hellopeter for their records.

I am not prepared to wait any longer for as I have waited for 2 months and still nothing.

Instead of the service improving it is getting worse now, I struggle to make and receive voice calls from this week.
