I reported a termination which I then cancelled the termination and requested a port out as I need to keep my contact number, I was then advised by email that I can port out on the 23rd July.
I called through on the 27th July 2013, and i was advised by Keamogetswe that it was not loaded, I then sent through the email threads and still no joy.
my contract was then reloaded with the next months airtime and i used it to call them back and was put on hold for a looong while!!!
now they will accept the port out but i will be charged for the airtime used to call them i have had GREAT service from Nashua Mobile with no complaints ever why in the end thing have to end this way. I guess this is a break up
