Our internet and phone line has been down since Friday 24th May. Since then we unable to trade as we are down.
Called 10210 and they logged the fault. On Monday we still had the problem. In the interim I have been calling them eveyday and they just say they are escalating the matter, but with mo feedback from telkom.
Not too sure what to do anymore as the managers at Telkom dont even call you back.
