Cell C
ITC listed for late payment yet it was debitted!!

I went into my credit record to check my credit score.
I found that Cell C listed me for late payment for the months of Jan and Feb yet they debited my account!
How can I pay late if it is them that debit my account??
I am having endless issues with this so-called service provider!
