Phone faulty twice

I took out a contract with mtn for the first time in august within 2 months the phone was already dead had to take it in for 2 weeks only to receive a refurbished phone which is also dead as we speak now i have been trying to contact mtn since Friday and all the consultants had promised to call me back including 2 team leaders and they have not done so, i have just spoken to a Lindile Zondo a few minutes ago and the phone cut off for any other reason and have not received a call back i have to again call them and wait on the line for another 15min in order to get another consultant that is unable to help i cant pay R386 for a phone that will be giving me constant problems for another 20 months, it means that i am loosing my memory on the phone itself please cancel this contract i don't want to deal with all this anymore my patience is worn out with them i am currently speaking to Sanlot Nkiwane who is telling me that he cannot thumb the problem for me i want this contract cancelled guess what the mtn network has just cut me off again... MTN is really really bad I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL YOU GUYS SINCE FRIDAY NO CALL BACKS NO SERVICE...
