I should have learned my lesson

On my previous upgrade with Altech autpoage I had endless issues, which cost me a lot of time, effort and frustration. It would appear that I am back there again. Autopage's sales team seem to have a knack for over promising and then not delivering. On 18 March I upgraded my contract, I dealt with Deon, who gauranteed that they will have stock within 7 days and that my upgrade will reach me no more than a few days later. It is nearly a month. I specifically asked that if there were any delays, that he should advise me, which he promised to do. I have not heard word from him since, nor have I been able to reach him, he doesnt even return urgent messages. I have spoken to several other consultants, always gaurenteeing that the situation will be resolved, with no luck whatsover. The last was on Thursday last week, where I was advised they they are receiving stock the next day and that my devise will be with me by Wednesday this week. My follow up call this mornign paints a whole new story yet again. Autopage has no problem taking money from me every month, but their service deliver is shocking!!!
