Early this year in january i took a laptop contract with cell c, i specificaly asked the lady that was capturing the application that i want my debit order due date to be on the 20th of each like all my debit order but that was never done & for the past 4 months i have been requesting cell c to change my due date & all i get is "it has been done " but the debit order still runs on the 1st, i have never dealt with such an incompetent company all my life to think i have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years with them & this is how they treat me now
