I have never seen a pathetic company like this. Despite earning more than a R100 000 per month for years now and despite being a client in 100% good standing with them for 15 years and never late with any payment whatsoever, they either (1) block my account (my wife uses this phone) when the balance is over R1000, (2) take the roaming off when ever they feel like it (which makes it impossible for my wife to phone me when I am overseas) and (3) declined her moving between packages without explaining why, returning phone calls or answering e-mails to that extend. They really don't want clients - clearly!
