More reason to part ways with Mtn

On the 10th April 2013 I went to Westgate Mtn Store to book my phone for repair. Upon arrival on of the 2 consultantants had just finished assisting a customer but took about 5 minutes to call me. I told him what I was there for but was surprised when he left me and went to the back. I confronted him and he told me that he was still "looking for my phone". He also kept walking to help his collegue and they were discussing what they would have for lunch. He described my handset as "screen has scratches in it and phone slightly worn". My phone does not have a single screen scratch. IT BETTER COME BACK THAT WAY! Pls hire people that actually no what their doing! I told people about how pathetic MTN is getting. You making it easier for other networks to get more customers.
