UNHAPPY BB CUSTOMER

Still no feedback to my complaint reported on the 05th of April, I am now paying for BIS and extra for a BB 9360, the substitue BB 8520 (previously reffered to as a 9300) has also completely broken but yet I continue to use a "non smart'" phone, because Blackberry's break with no chance of ever being replaced, even though they come with two year warranties.

Big up to Nokia for replacing a phone that crashed 21 months into the contract. I should have never given up on the ol'' faithful Nokia for a blackberry!!!
