During February my mother (who is a pensioner) asked me to go to the Autopage site and cancel her contract which would expire at the end of March. She received an sms a few days later saying that her request had been completed. She then decided to port the number to Vodacom at the end of March. To our surpise they deducted a subscription fee for April??? After they said the request for cancellation had been completed??? As usual you phone the call centre only to hold for 10 minutes or more!!!
I am really so sick of Autopage Cellular as this is not the first time in my life that I have had problems with them!
